It incorporates an LED light that is run with 2 AA Batteries.
It has three modes available, flashing, on or off.
They are made from Waterproof Tarpaulin fabric and are 2.5 litres in size (35cm*6cm*12cm) and include an aqua guard zipper.
Incorporated in the design is a quick attachment that allows you to alter the length quickly and easily.
