Motorcycle Race Gear and RS Taichi will be attending the Sydney Motorcycle Expo at the Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre from Friday 25 – Sunday 27 November 2011.

Motorcycle Race Gear will be one of the 115 exhibitors displaying all the latest motorcycles, motorcycle accessories, services related to the motorcycle industry (such as motorcycle insurance) and much more.

Pop in to see all the latest motorcycle gear and accessories RS Taichi have to offer and get to try products on and also purchase some of the great motorcycle products we will have on display.

Motorcycle Race Gear Charity Support Event

Motorcycle Race Gear and RS Taichi are proud to support Ed Gregory. Ed Gregory used the money raised from this event to directly fund a charity expedition in Borneo in just a few weeks. I will be giving the charity 10 weeks of my life to work on projects like building rainwater filtration systems, building a conservation park as well as working with local communities on education.

Broadford Show & Shine Day

Broadford Show & Shine Day, September 18th 2011.

Preston MCC will host a Show and Shine Motorcycle Day that will support the final round of the 2011 Victorian Road Race Championships at Broadford's State Motorcycle Sports Complex on Sunday, September 18, 2011.

Motorcycling Australia will display their historic road race motorcycle collection from their museum.

Motorcycles on show will include modern street bikes, custom motorcycles, sidecars and trikes, vintage and classic motorcycles, Harley Davidsons, and European motorcycles.

"We are really thrilled to be hosting an event for non-racing motorcyclists, with the final round of 2011 Victorian Road Race Championships, on Sunday, September 18, which is traditionally just a road race day," said Stacey Barnes, Support Events Coordinator for the Victorian Road Race Championships.

"It will give racers, riders, fans and families the chance to spend a day interacting with the motorcycling community here in Victoria, and most importantly enjoy a full day of exciting activities."

For those who'd like to compete in the 2011 Show & Shine Day the cost of entry is just $20.00 per motorcycle, which includes a weekend pass for the event at Broadford. "The support and encouragement we have received for the event so far from Motorcycling Australia, Motorcycling Victoria, motorcycle clubs and enthusiasts have been really overwhelming," Stacey added.

The overall winner of the Show & Shine Day will receive the first-annual Ray Reardon Tribute Trophy.

- Over 10 judging categories

- Categories will be judged by various motorcycle owners/riders from clubs in Victoria

- Preston MCC-run sausage sizzle

- Complimentary gift bag for each Show & Shine entrant

- Entrant names and machine details will be published in the official program of the 2011 Victorian Road Race Championship

- Set-up time of 7am onwards; Judging at 2pm; Trophy presentation from 3pm.

Motorcycle Race Gear will be supplying a RS Taichi product(s) (TBA) for the winner of one of the categories. Many other local and international businesses will also be supplying prizes for winners of there respective category.
